Part of traveling is seeing the beauty of a place in its architecture. You can read the history of a city and the culture of its people in its buildings, doors, balconies, and ironwork, details that often get lost with time or with hurry.
Another part of traveling is the adventure. I have been to the top of the Tokyo Skytree, the tallest tower in the world, and the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. I have also gone diving in the Galápagos, and much more.
And a very important part: I see the potential to invest wherever I go: Dubai, the UK, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, France, Spain, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, and Austria. Latin America is a melting pot of opportunities. People move between cities and countries, with different languages, customs, and food, and all of it fascinates me.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi
I come to Dubai for the International Property Show (IPS). I also visit properties and new developments for potential investors, and I meet Realtors who work in Dubai, and teams of lawyers and bankers: everything someone needs to invest in Dubai.

United Kingdom
I visit at least every two years to meet with real estate specialists. Real estate here works very differently than in the United States, so we connect, talk about the differences, and work together. I don't stay only in London. Like every place I visit, apart from work, I take time to get to know new areas as a tourist: London, Windsor, Liverpool, and more.

Toronto, Canada
A must every year: the Realtors conference in Toronto. On the Treasure Coast we have many clients from this area, so it is good to stay close to them, and above all, to work with Realtors from Toronto and other parts of Canada.

Washington, DC
I come to meet with legislators, to make sure private property rights are respected, to make owning property better, to care for the environment, and everything that affects property.

New Orleans
Spanish and French history, iron balconies, and music. I have visited New Orleans many times, and I will keep coming every chance I get, because real estate conferences are often held here. I take the chance to enjoy the city and its food and, of course, to talk real estate.

France
Like everywhere, I come for real estate. I love history, and France is a country so rich in history. I take my time to see a little of it, from Paris to the beaches of Normandy. It is a beautiful country, and we all know how good the food is, so I enjoy it very much.

Barcelona, Spain
Gaudí, old streets, and the Camp Nou. Like everywhere I go, I come to connect with real estate specialists, and to get to know a little of everything the city has to offer.

Ecuador
From the old churches of Quito to the islands of the Galápagos. Like every country I visit, the main reason is real estate, and then getting to know a little of the country and its culture.

Guatemala

Nicaragua

Japan
Tokyo, Kamakura, Hakone, and Hiroshima. Like always, I came to meet with people in real estate and to see the country as a tourist.

Around the world
A little of everything I have seen, from lakes and mountains to old streets and new ideas. That is what I do around the world. My work is real estate: connecting people who want to move from one country to another, or from one city to another. And I love taking pictures of the small, big details of each city, and learning its history and culture, because that is an important part when someone thinks about moving to a new place.

MY NETWORK
Realtors I trust around the world
I know Realtors in almost every part of the world who work under codes of ethics like ours, and who have the training to guide someone from another country, especially when transactions work differently there. I have been part of NAR Global for more than 10 years and hold the CIPS designation. If you are buying or selling somewhere I do not work, I connect you with one of them.
